Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer to grow our Personal Training department in a busy fitness facility. You will create customized plans and guide members toward their goals in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.

Responsibilities include selling training packages, conducting fitness consultations, and tracking progress while maintaining a clean environment. A CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire, with prior training experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
• Personal Training Certification from NASM/NSCA/ACE/AFAA/ACSM.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal training packages to members.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new and existing members.
• Track and report each member’s progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and contact leads during staffed hours.
