Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring mobile personal trainers to deliver in-home and on-site sessions across clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Enjoy flexible scheduling and the potential to grow into leadership roles while avoiding gym quotas and leases.

Earn $40–$50/hr plus performance bonuses, with onboarding and ongoing development supported by a nationwide network of fitness pros.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
