Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training at clients' homes and offices. You will create personalized programs, perform reassessments with our app, and run your schedule with autonomy within a nationwide trainer network.

Competitive pay of $40–$55/hr plus performance bonuses, a flexible full-time schedule, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear path to Master Trainer and leadership roles are offered to energetic professionals

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Excellent communication and energy for client coaching.

• Conduct reassessments and track client progress with the app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
