Job summary

GYMGUYZ North Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver customized, in‑home or mobile workouts for private, semi-private and group sessions. You will be coached to elevate training skills and advance within the GYMGUYZ family while serving diverse client needs.

You will assess progress, tailor programs, and help clients reach goals, with opportunities for career growth and flexible scheduling. Compensation is listed per hour and franchise ownership varies by location.

Qualifications

• CPT certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience training youth, seniors, and special populations is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client locations within a reasonable radius.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home or on‑site sessions for private, semi-private or group clients.
• Assess progress, adjust programs, and build client relationships to encourage referrals.
• Support clients in reaching goals with personalized, motivating coaching.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
