Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site sessions across New Jersey. You’ll design personalized programs, perform reassessments, and manage your schedule using our mobile app, all while helping clients achieve goals with motivation and accountability.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, ongoing development, and a path for growth within a nationwide network. Competitive pay and bonuses reflect performance and commitment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using Mindbody and Trainerize to manage sessions and client notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
