Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Personal Trainer in the United States (Texas) to design customized workout plans, assess clients, and grow a personal training client base. The role offers opportunities for full-time and part-time employment at multiple locations within the TruFit network.

Qualified candidates will hold a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.), CPR/AED, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Requirements

• Preferred Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.
• Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques.
• Able to coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
• Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, but not required. If you are NOT certified but you've "got what it takes" to succeed in fitness, we have a clear and affordable path to become certified.

Certifications / Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field or National Personal Training Certification
