Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer for in-home and on-site sessions. Flexible, part-time to full-time options with growth opportunities and performance bonuses. Training is client-focused, mobile, and client-driven.

You’ll design programs using our app, conduct reassessments, and manage your schedule while traveling between client sites. Must have a nationally recognized cert and CPR/AED, with reliable transport and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort using mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments via the app to track progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, celebrate results, and uphold DRIVE values.
• Collaborate with a supportive nationwide team.
