GOLFTEC Dayton seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationwide team of golf professionals. You will complete GTU training, apply TECFIT, Optimotion and TECSWING to deliver data-driven coaching, and develop custom lesson plans for players of all levels.
You will graduate from GTU, teach with leading technology, and help maintain the center while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers a base pay with commissions and a $1,000 signing bonus.

This role receives a base hourly rate along with monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based components. Commissions and other compensation metrics are based on performance as a team and as an individual.

As a Certified Personal Coach, you will join a community of golf industry professionals who are nationally recognized and carry out GOLFTEC’s mission to help people play better golf. All coaches take part in our GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program where they learn from some of the best golf instructors in the industry and further their career in golf. GTU is a combination of on-the-job training at the GOLFTEC Center and in person training at GOLFTEC HQ in the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for those who have a passion for teaching golf, a drive to succeed as a team, and enjoy using the best technology in the golf industry.
