Job summary

Spring Life Behavioral Care, LLC in Kinston, NC is hiring for a part‑time or full‑time role supporting adults in mental health and substance use services. You will assist clients with self‑determination, model recovery values, teach self‑advocacy, link to community resources, and maintain treatment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year working with the adult Mental Health/Substance Use population, preferably in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with self-determination and decision‑making
• Model recovery values, attitudes, beliefs, and personal action to encourage wellness
• Teach and promote self‑advocacy and wellness management
• Provide linkage to community resources
• Maintain and submit required documentation (treatment plans, WRAP, service notes, service authorization requests, etc.)
• Build professional relationships with community agencies and referral sources to establish and maintain Spring Life as a resource for individuals desiring peer support recovery
• Collaborate with Qualified Professional, Licensed Professional and members in identifying interventions aimed at helping members reach their goals as outlined in the treatment plan
