TURN is seeking a dedicated Peer Specialist to support clients recovering from mental health and substance use disorders. You will provide education, counseling, and advocacy from a personal perspective to build trust and engagement.
The role includes case management, crisis intervention, outreach, and collaboration with families. Field-based services and on-call coverage are required; bilingual skills and a valid CA driver’s license are essential.

Provide education, support, and interventions assisting in clients’ recovery from mental health and substance use disorder from a personal and educational perspective.
Provide group and individual counseling, case management, advocacy, and outreach to clients and families as appropriate.
