This is a 30 bed Orthopedic unit. Bring your passion for Medical Surgical orthopedic patient care to Banner Desert Medical Center. As a Med/Surg PCA you will be caring for a variety of patients, ranging from medical, surgical, orthopedic, and trauma surgical patient population. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong, cohesive team who are passionate about excellent patient care.
This is a full time day shift position working from 6am-6:30pm
Rotating weekends and holidays required. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential when applicable and a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential.

This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
