Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of post high school education or relevant work experience.
• Must possess and maintain active status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• One year minimum retail pharmacy experience within past 5 years and one year minimum experience in a health system pharmacy; equivalent alternate experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a pharmacist performing duties that do not require professional training or judgment.
• Aseptic compounding of intravenous medications with competency-based training.
• Maintain good business practices to support the health care mission.
