Job summary

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital at Blue Ash is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to perform components of therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The patient population ranges from 18 to geriatric with rehabilitation needs.

You will help patients reach maximum functional performance and document responses to treatment for the OT team. The role requires state licensure, BLS certification (no online certs), and inpatient rehab experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross required (online certification not acceptable).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional performance.
• Record patient responses to treatment and report outcomes to the supervising OT.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
