• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
