Job summary

Orchards at Tulare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We offer a supportive, close-knit environment with a focus on resident-centered care and collaborative treatment planning. You will work with a diverse resident population to plan and implement leisure and rehabilitation programs.

Positions available include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered, along with benefits like health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OTA license.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and adhere to documentation guidelines.
• Record treatments and progress notes in the medical record.
• Assist in maintaining department and participate in conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and communicate progress with the health team.
