Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in the Fort Worth area. This full-time role offers a stable salary in a patient-focused setting, with opportunities to impact daily care across a network of service locations.

You’ll provide OT services under supervision, collaborate with therapists and nurses, and travel to designated sites within Irving, Grand Prairie, and Arlington as needed. A valid OT license and CPR are required.

• Associate degree from an accredited OT program.
• Valid license/registration/certification to practice OT.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all business locations.
• Must maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy

• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
