Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering therapy services across:
  Outpatient rehab
  Inpatient care
  Short‑term rehab (swing bed program)

• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
