Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem to join our SNF/long-term care teams in Illinois. Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour with flexible per diem scheduling and strong clinical education support.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, assist in implementing care plans, collaborate with the team, and ensure compliant documentation to support quality outcomes and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
