Job summary

The 13-week contract runs 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM with weekly pay. Requires NBCOT COTA certification, COTA-L where required, BLS/CPR, and an ACOTE-accredited OTA degree with Level I/II Fieldwork totaling at least 24 weeks.

Qualifications

• NBCOT COTA certification is required.
• COTA-L licensure in states requiring licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited OTA program is required.
• Level I and II Fieldwork totaling at least 24 weeks are required.
• Entry-level candidates with no prior experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and help patients perform therapeutic activities.
• Provide direct support in developing social and daily living skills.
• Collect and assess patient information.
• Instruct patients and families in treatment techniques.
• Monitor performance and provide encouragement.
• Document patient progress.
• Maintain treatment records.
• Perform clerical tasks.

Education
