Job summary

Your Health Organization in the Charleston area seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team. You will work with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality care to homebound patients, supporting recovery and independence in the comfort of patients' homes.

This full-time, salary-based role offers a monthly guaranteed bonus and a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), serving Downtown Charleston.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an OTA program (required).
• Current state licensure as an OTA.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Complete home visits within the designated service area.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Charleston patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based position. This role also includes a monthly guaranteed bonus.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
