Candidates will provide expert care to residents, collaborate with therapists, and support ongoing rehabilitation in a comprehensive facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the therapy team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
