Continuum Rehab Group in San Marcos, Texas is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities. Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant credential required.
- Open to therapists at all experience levels.
- Evidence-based practice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
- Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
- Provides consultation to patients, families, and caregivers related to physical disorders.
- Contributes to discharge planning and summary of services per regulatory requirements.
