Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited program and eligible to take NBCOT.
• If foreign-trained, must meet US education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the OT care plan and treatment as prescribed.
• Perform clinical tasks and document them timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete required orientation, in-services, and trainings.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
