Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with full-time schedule and competitive benefits.

Must be a COTA and licensed in the state. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional development within Enhance Therapies’ family of brands.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state requirements may apply).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are up to date.
