Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF and long-term care teams. This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive pay range and a supportive, mentorship-focused culture.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, and maintain compliant documentation while advancing professional growth through education and internal opportunities, with immigration support

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by the state.
• Current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Support personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and complete.
