Job summary

Liberty Health Blowing Rock, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered rehab services and develop individualized treatment plans.

This in-house therapy setting provides local management support and opportunities to address a range of diseases and impairments, with emphasis on compassionate care and progress toward functional goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state where the SNF operates.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
