Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in process to obtain licensure in the state of practice to work in SNF / LTC settings. This is a direct hire / 'perm' position with day shifts, and the role carries responsibility for integrating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and goals into daily performance.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of SNF/LTC experience and a current COTA license.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of practice to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a direct hire / 'perm'position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in SNF / LTC.
