Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire.

Openings span Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health. Current openings: Laconia, Lebanon, Peterborough, and additional NH markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Active NH COTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in listed NH markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in rehabilitation.
• Assist patients with ADLs, functional skills, safety, independence.
• Document patient care in EMR per state and facility standards.
• Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Current COTA openings available in:

Laconia, Lebanon, Peterborough, and additional New Hampshire markets.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive statewide COTA salary range: $28-34/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)
