Job summary

Relient Health seeks licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person roles across California. Openings cover SNFs, ALFs, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health depending on location.

These COTAs must be licensed in California, with eligibility or active status, and be prepared to work full-time in one of the listed markets.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist patients with ADLs, functional skills, safety, and independence.
• Document patient care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards.
• Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Current COTA openings available in:

Auburn, Fremont, Hayward, La Mesa, Novato, San Jose, San Rafael, Sunnyvale, Walnut Creek, and additional California markets.
