This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule, and the role requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent COTA experience, rehabilitation background, and a current MD license

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
