Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting in Ohio is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – PRN to join our care team. Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve daily living activities and participate in meaningful therapy sessions.

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
