The position offers a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM) with a typical patient load of 5–6 pediatric sessions per day, and a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Arizona COTA license.
• Must pass TB test (current or within required timeframe).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Fingerprinting and background check required per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under supervision.
• Deliver pediatric therapy (fine motor, sensory, cognitive, ADLs).
• Document sessions and track patient progress.
• Communicate updates with supervising OT.
• Educate families on home programs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe therapy practices.
