Job summary

Theracare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time LTAC role in Indiana. The incumbent will perform skilled direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist within LTAC settings, including coverage in Muncie.

Applicants should graduate from an approved OTA program, hold or be eligible for state licensure, and preferably have 1 year of experience; new grads are welcome to apply.

LTAC (Long- Term Acute Care) provides a much higher level of care than nursing homes, rehabilitation centers or assisted living facilities. It is designed for the medically - complex patient who still require hospital- level treatment but no longer need intensive care (ICU) monitoring.
