Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Fairfield, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with a dedicated rehab team to promote residents’ independence.

Requirements include CT license or eligibility, solid computer skills, and experience with electronic documentation.

• Current OTA license or license eligibility in CT.
• Strong computer skills with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab team.
• Excellent attention to detail and timely documentation.
