Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a dedicated COTA/OT to support students district-wide in a comprehensive school-based program. The position is full-time and contract-based, starting August 27, 2026 for approximately 12 weeks with potential extension.

You will deliver occupational therapy services across Pre-K–12, develop and execute individualized plans, and document progress under OT supervision. Collaboration with educators and families is essential.

Qualifications

Step into a dynamic school-based environment by supporting students across Pre-K through 12th grade as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT). This full-time, contract position is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact in educational settings. The assignment begins August 27, 2026, covering approximately 12 weeks for a maternity leave—with a high likelihood of extension when available, though the initial contract is limited to the duration of the leave.

Your work will focus on delivering occupational therapy services district-wide. Collaborate closely with educational teams, create and implement individualized treatment plans, document student progress, and help students with diverse needs reach their highest potential. COTAs work under the guidance of an OT, ensuring strong mentorship and support. The final schedule will mirror a standard school day, approximately 7–7.5 hours daily.

Desired Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.23 to $43.23. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
