Job summary

A local speech therapy practice is seeking both part-time and full-time CA licensed COTAs to deliver in-home occupational therapy services. This role offers a supportive workplace culture with flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $40.00 to $55.00 per hour, and generous employer contributions to medical benefits. COTAs will get hands-on supervision and have access to resources for professional development. Ideal candidates should be licensed, have reliable transportation, and be able to work with young clients (ages 18 months to 3 years).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CA COTA license.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance are necessary.
• Passing a TB skin test and clear background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services for clients aged 18 months to 3 years.
• Create a flexible schedule that fits personal needs.
• Work collaboratively with Field Supervisors for clinical guidance.

Words & Motion Speech Therapy Group is seeking part-time or full-time CA licensed COTAs (Spanish bilingual a plus!) for in-home, Early Intervention (client ages 18 months - 3 years) occupational therapy services. Our goal is to cultivate a tight-knit community of (happy!) therapists who stay connected and feel supported despite the challenges of working in the field. In-clinic sessions may also be available.

Clients seen in-home on a 1:1 basis for 50-minute sessions. We welcome and support new grads.

Service areas include: Los Angeles Zones A & B - Service area is South Central Los Angeles and surrounding areas with urgent need in Zone B: 90003, 90037, 90011, 90044 (Vermont-Slauson).
