Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a Licensed Therapy Assistant to administer therapy services to patients in the home setting and collaborate with physicians and families. You will deliver care per the physician's orders and plan of care, ensuring comfort and progress for patients.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Oklahoma, a graduate of an approved clinical education program, and possess at least one year of therapy-assistant experience, with proficiency in mobile device use for documentation

• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

ResponsibilitiesAdminister therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Experience as a licensed therapy assistant may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
