Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team on-site. The role involves delivering best-practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and documenting patient progress in a timely manner.
Qualified candidates will hold an active COTA license, have experience in long‑term or geriatric care, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for carrying out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide treatment by adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. As well, the COTA must provide feedback to the supervision occupational therapist via documentation or in any other method required by facility policy.
