Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinical professionals across settings.

The role involves providing occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, preparing documentation, progress notes, discharge summaries, and establishing a plan of care aligned with patient needs. Occasional travel to nearby centers is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience preferred.
