Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support licensed therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. You will implement treatment plans, oversee ADL training, and monitor patient progress under supervision.

Qualifications include a current state OTA licensure or certification, a degree from an accredited OTA program, and 0-1 years of experience. CPR certification is preferred.
