You will work with a simple admin load, supported by a web-based documentation system and secure messaging to communicate with office

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy to patients in Ventura County.
• Coordinate with case managers and clinicians to plan patient care.
