Job summary

Summit Home Health Care in Middlesex County, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home services to clients supported through New Jersey DDD. This position offers autonomy, creativity, and meaningful functional outcomes in a home-based setting.

You will work part-time or per diem with flexible scheduling, maintain independent practice with leadership support, and benefit from a streamlined documentation system and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey OT license
• Active CPR Certification
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
