Job summary

Catalina Care Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists to treat residents with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments and help them regain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy activities, documenting progress in EMRs, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

About the Role:

We are seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists to treat residents with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain their independence. Position pays $42-$45 HOURLY.
