Job summary

Casey Rehab & Nursing in Illinois is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work closely with residents to improve independence and functional ability in a supportive rehab setting.

The successful candidate will carry out treatment plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help residents improve coordination, strength, and fine motor skills while maintaining proper documentation and communication with the OT team.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks.

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents to improve independence and functional ability in a supportive rehab setting.
