Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation’s NHC HomeCare Athens is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Athens, TN. This role provides skilled OT services under supervision and contributes to patient progress.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program as certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Must be licensed in the practicing state and certified.
• Active member of State/National OT Associations preferred.

• Assists the OT with evaluation of progress toward goals.
• Observes and reports conditions, reactions and responses related to assigned duties to the therapist.

NHC HomeCare Athens is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team! The Occupational Therapist Assistant is a skilled technical provider of occupational therapy treatments and related duties as assigned and supervised by the occupational therapist.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program as certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Must be licensed under the statutes of the state in which the assistant will be practicing as well as certified.
• Active member of the State and National Occupational Therapy Associations preferred.
