Job summary

REHAB Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the Therapy Department in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will implement therapy services under an OT/Registered (OTR) and contribute to high-quality rehabilitation care.

Starting wage $30.16 per hour; actual wage based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, communicating with patients and families, and following individualized treatment

Qualifications

• Must hold NBCOT certification as a COTA.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Experience safely assisting patient mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy per individualized plans created by an OTR.

You will provide support for the Therapy Department and assist with a variety of services with a commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive and innovative inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Responsible for working with patients to provide therapy outlined in the individualized treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR).Starting Wage: $30.16 per hourThe posted wage is the current starting wage for this position.
