Angels Care Home Health in Tazewell, VA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team on a part‑time basis. You will provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

The ideal candidate will graduate from an accredited OTA program, hold state licensure as an OTA or COTA, and have CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Collegiate OTA program with a Science or Applied Science Degree.
• Current licensure in state of practice as OTA or COTA.
• 1 year experience as OTA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Valid driver license with current auto liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
