Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support home-based care for Savannah-area patients. You will assist licensed physical therapists, perform visits in patients' homes within our service area, and help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive compensation, 401K matching, and generous PTO. A valid OTA license, associate degree, and driver’s license are required; home health or prior field

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current state OTA licensure.
• Prior home health or field experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Perform home visits for assigned service areas (Savannah region and surroundings).
• Support patient recovery and outcomes through therapeutic activities and education.
• Document care and communicate effectively with care teams and facilities.

As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
