Job summary

Edgewood Manor of Greenfield is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Greenfield, OH. This per diem, in-person role supports residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, assisting physical therapists and occupational therapists to promote rehabilitation.

You'll work with a dedicated team to provide therapeutic interventions aimed at maximizing function, independence, and quality of life for residents, within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which practicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed occupational therapy services to patients.
• Aid in developing adaptive skills and performance capacities in individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
• Maximize independence and prevent further disability, as well as maintain health.
• Ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
