Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district to hire a contract School Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2025-2026 ESY school year. Elementary and middle school caseloads, with hours around 30+ per week on a local contract.

Earn competitive compensation with a pay range of $46.68–$53.43 per hour, plus completion and referral bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. This position offers meaningful work supporting students and a supportive team at Seabright.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Certified Occupational Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsabilités

• Apply expertise to school-based occupational therapy services for students in ESY programming.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements.
